  • General Guidelines:

  • The abstract body should not exceed 3000 characters : Title (100), Aim & Objective (400), Methodology (500), Results (1200), Discussion & Conclusion (800).

  • The title should be in Title Case (capitalise every word with the exception of (a, an, the, but, etc).

  • The full names of all participating authors, including yourself, must be included in the abstract. Please omit degrees and professional titles.

  • Abstracts merely stating results will be subject to rejection.

  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and their decision in the matter will be final.

  • Abstracts submitted via email will not be accepted.

  • Once submitted, abstracts cannot be withdrawn.
